As per PLI Directorate letter No 25-02/2017-LI (pt-1) dated 12-02-2019 point No 2, 

All Degree Holder are eligible to benefit of PLI

with the following conditions

• The proponent should be employed/self-employed or profession.

• The proponent has a regular source of income.

• The sales force should satisfy the income of the proponent
