Revised  Postal Accounts Manual released after 36 years on 18.08.2021

 

डाक विभाग के सचिव श्री विनीत पांडे ने महानिदेशक श्री आलोक शर्मा, अपर सचिव और वित्तीय सलाहकार श्री अनिल कुमार नायक व सीनियर डीडीजी (पीएएफ) श्री जी के पाड़ी की उपस्थिति में संशोधित पोस्टल अकाउंट्स मैन्युअल जारी किया है। मैनुअल को 36 वर्ष उपरान्त संशोधित किया है।


इस अवसर पर डाक विभाग के महानिदेशक श्री आलोक शर्मा ने इंटर्नल ऑडिट मैनुअल भी जारी किया जिसे 11 वर्षों के बाद संशोधित किया है।


श्री अनिल कुमार नायक, अपर सचिव और वित्तीय सलाहकार ने कोर सिस्टम इंटीग्रेशन (सीएसआई) में जनरल लैज्जर कोड के साथ खातों के शीर्षों को जोड़ने वाले पोस्टल अकाउंट्स मैन्युअल -1 (पीएएम 1) में परिशिष्ट V जारी किया है।

Secretary, Department of Posts Shri Vineet Pandey released revised Postal Accounts Manual in the presence of DG Shri Alok Sharma, Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor Shri Anil Kumar Nayak and Sr. DDG (PAF) Shri G K Padhy. The manual has been revised after 36 years.


On the occasion Shri Alok Sharma, DG, Department of Posts also released the Internal Audit Manual which has been revised after 11 years.


Shri Anil Kumar Nayak, AS & FA released Appendix V to Postal Accounts Manual -1(PAM 1) linking the Heads of Accounts with General Ledger codes in Core System Integration (CSI).


" Revision of accounts manual shall help in proper accounting of receipt and payments of the department reflecting the financial performance of the department. "
